I'm about to give up, and go play another MMO that wants my time and money. I've tried contacting customer support 4 times now (I can forgive them not answering this last one I sent only 20 minutes ago, it's too soon to expect anything.)
This is absolutely the worst customer support I've encountered. Any other game, MMO or no, usually gets back to me right away.
I can't even set up a game. I waited 6 hours for updates and patches to finish downloading and installing, and now all I get for my trouble is a black screen when I hit play. WOW. Look at the pretty black screen I paid for.
Is this a normal way to handle technical problems, guys?
