Veteran Spindleclutch - STILL BUGGED

Two times, now, have I run Spindleclutch on Veteran, only for the quest to bug out after the boss with waves of apparitions. I made sure no one had the quest before zoning into the dungeon. Still bugged out. This time, I made sure not to get to the end of the dungeon knowing I'd be unable to complete this quest.
The objective to "Find At'avar" in the room with the boss full of waves of adds never gets completed. It just sticks there. Please fix this. I want to move on from this dungeon; I've been unable to complete it or get credit for it for the past few months.

Beesting✭✭✭✭I have exactly the same problem, did the dungeon a week ago. We tried relogging, tp tp player etc. when we tried to regroup the dungeon reset, so no luck trying to fix it.Beesting, Bosmer Magica DK, AD EU, crafter

Cazic✭✭✭✭✭Same issue here as well. Ran VR Spindleclutch last night and couldn't get past "Search for At'ava" in the quest line. The quest destination area was marked on map, but no way to complete it.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭I have had quest bugs in Volenfell, Blackheart Haven, Vaults of Madness, VR Spindleclutch, VR Darkshade. I don't think it is just certain quests. I think there is something flawed in the core group dungeon questing code.
They should at least link the skill point to the achievement. Dungeon achievements seem to work fine.0 -

Could be, yeah. I've heard similar reports with other group dungeons as well. I don't do dungeon runs often but it would be nice to have it all work properly.0 -
Markuseb17_ESO15✭✭✭same here. tried spindle vet twice yesterday. can confirm bug.
i also had bugs in vaults of madness (non vet) and selenes web (non vet) where the npcs never showed up although the mission pointer was there.0 -

Since this seems to be a larger issue rather than a one-off, we'll be sending the info in this thread along to see what the issue with the quest is. Thanks to everyone that provided additional reports. We'll supply more information as it becomes available.
UPDATE: Good news all! It looks like a fix for this very issue is on it's way in patch 1.4.5, which is being released today after maintenance.
