Stuck on Loading Screen

Hello,

I am currently getting stuck on the loading screen after logging in. It keeps continuing to load and eventually gives me an error that says to try again in a few minutes. Problem is, I have had this error the past few days.

I have tried repairing the game, twice, and I posted this same problem before the update and got a fix, but that fix is not working now either.

Help would be appreciated.

Thank you

    Hey there @Zlirg49,

What was the fix that you were given in the past? We'd like to avoid giving you repeat instructions if possible.

If you haven't tried already, when you're at the login screen click on Settings on the left. Change the video settings to "Minimum" and let us know if that helps you log in with a bit more success.

Hello, this is what I was told before
    Hello @Zlirg49,
this issue is usually related to a few new internal settings we've introduced in the Craglorn-patch. As you have already tried the Repair-Option, we suggest to you the following to resolve this issue:
    Navigate to
    NA-Megaserver: C:\Users\Username\My Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live
    EU-Megaserver: C:\Users\Username\My Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\liveEU
Locate the file UserSettings.txt and open it with Notepad
    Locate the following two lines:
    SET RequestedNumJobThreads "-1"
    SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads "-1"
    Change these values to:
    SET RequestedNumJobThreads "0"
    SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads "0"
If these lines don't exist in the UserSettings file, simply create them instead
Save the file, and quit Notepad
Restart the launcher and hit Play
Let us know, if the issue is still persisting afterwards.

I will try the video settings now and get back to you soon.

    Thanks
