Banned newly registered account with 0 playing hour

I just bought the imperial edition of pc, when i install the game, i registered my account. When it finished installtion, it starts for an update about 10G. So I kept it downloading for the whold night, and during this evening, i can still loggin. And when I tried to loggin the next morning, it is said i have been suspended.
What the HELL just happened?
The support said my account matches that of known fraudulent accounts?
WTF!
I haven't play for even 1 second! Where the HELL did he get the conclusion!

Weird that support said that. Try and keep the conversation going or get the ticket elevated if you really did just buy this. Must be a bug in their system I guess.
