is there such a thing as a gift card for game time? I'd like to buy a 3month gift subscription for a friend (who already has an account...and can't renew atm). what are my options?

Yes, game time cards for ESO are available at participating retailers. Check with your preferred retailer to see if they carry them.

Does Zenimax have a list of participating retailers?

Tried Gamestop, Best Buy, and Walmart, no luck so far.
