Has scheduled maintenance for NA changed again?
I noticed maintenance starting at 6:00am EDT, is this to be a permanent change?
Personally I like it, gives me a little time to play at night when NA comes back online (I am in Australia)

For normal maintenance time it will now go from 8pm AEST to 12am AEST
I'll be able to skip playing primetime on mondays and do other stuff heh heh1 -

All the info on the site lists different times and a lot of us are slightly peeved that they can't stick to their own schedule... even if the time works better for me also (as long as it doesn't stay down this long, it is usually up after about 2 hours except this time..)0 -

This is news to me as I have been playing this game from the initial beta, most days without fail. The server went down at exactly 8pm my time on Monday and Thursday (as listed with the 8am patch times) every week before this one. I have always been able to come home and play the game for several hours before having the server come down for an indeterminate time.
Tonight's has now exceeded 3.5 hours so way to go ZOS! Haven't seen a good downtime in a few weeks, let's take it all the way to 12 again.0 -

slackmare✭✭its permanent for this week. Next week its anyone's guess. I thinks Zenimax just call my boss to check for my days off to do their maintenance. Always off tuesdays, took forever but finally got my day off moved to monday instead of tuesday so my day off isnt spent dealing with Zeni and thier /sarcasm on WONDERFUL and smooth updating /sarcasm off
oh well, they will change the day in no time. I just have to wait a few weeks, these guys dont know which end is up1 -

Well, it's been down 4 1/2 hours now. How long is this "maintenance" anyway? Would be nice it they gave an estimate. Tried to login and it downloaded the patch - now at 1.1.5 - that was 15mins ago, but the server is still down? It's now 12:38AM Tuesday here on the east coast of Australia - looks like no more play tonight - damn.0 -

It was not TODAY and it was not last Monday either. It went down two hours earlier both times. This is why we are wondering if it has changed.1 -

You understand that when they don't actually give a specific time for the server to be back up that they can't actually finish late, right?
I mean, they can finish later than a prior maintenance. Or they can finish later than you want them to. But they aren't "late" by any objective standard.----

You did that last week too. It's be really great if you actually let people know these things. The forum has been absent as of late. How about giving us an estimate on how long the server will be down for. It's not enough to say server done at x if its going to be down 5 hrs. You took the server down early knowing it was going to take longer then usual - you could have added that little bit of info to the message window at login.0 -
