Does anyone know if the Spectre's Eye 8 Trait set bonus, 20% Dodge chance stacks with Blur?

I tried to find out if blur stacked with Elude (medium armour ability) but got no where. I strongly suspect that these abilities are not additive. Theoretically you could stack chance to miss abilities with dodge abilities and be virtually impossible to hit.

do you have suggestion how they may work?
so far as I tested them, I've noticed that with evasion ability you can avoid even aoe damage. it looks pretty strange with existing animation but it is there. anyway you can easy give notice when evasion ability works because it works with animation at least, but it is really hard to do same thing with blur ability cause you can not just give attention.
and I still didn't get Spectre's Eye set so can't make full observation

✭it also stacks with Ember Explosion, the AOE morph of Sparks from DW tree.
its actually a decent way to seriously up your survivability if you are thinking of going the melee route... just dont expect to do much damage lolI play every class in every situation. I love them all.3
