Worstluck✭✭✭✭✭I believe they are just random zone drops, so try asking in zone chat if anyone has pieces (I broke all my Syrabane pieces down and sold the jewelry). There is low level version (30ish?), then there is a VR1-3 version and I believe there is a VR12 that only drops in trials. I could be completely wrong, so someone please feel free to correct me
