Is this suppose to happen? (In the main quest: Shadow of Sancre Tor)

So basically...

After Mannimarco was defeated, the chamber was flooded by an endless stream of ghosts, causing a big fps drop in the process. The cutscene between Mannimarco and Molag Bal played out as this occurred and the quest continued just fine after the swarm/lag killed me.

It's been a while since I did this quest, and I'm pretty sure this didn't happen last time.

Did you do the 'stand at the door for a while' strategy? If you did, that may be it. I've had it happen to me a few times now-it is like the game figures out how many waves of ghosts would have spawned had you been actively engaged the whole while and just drops them all at once the first time it gets.

And to forestall the 'you exploiter!!!'ers, i took down MM on my first run-through as a Nightblade straight-up face tanking after respecing 3 times. If i get an alt this far into the main quest now, i just can't be pissed to draw the fight out anymore than needed.

Well i did not have this problem simple for i kill all ghost as the was come and i have no lag issues other in this fight so i guess it is have become bug some how know this i did this last week.

Thats probably a bug.

Just did it the other day and that didnt happen.

If the quest still continued successfully, I guess it isn't the biggest deal?

I didn't do anything too unusual apart from bolting out of his red AOE's which probably didn't trigger that, since I assume a lot of people have done the same with no problem
