Whats the earliest level someone can complete the vamp quest?

I want to get vamp as soon as possible (that sneak passive is amazing) so I want to find out before I do anything.

I can kite pretty well, its the secret "miss" function is what ruins it.2 -

V19312✭✭I've done the quest a few times and the lowest level I have successfully been able to finish is level 70 -
Lunerdog✭✭✭✭✭Did it with my Dark Elf NB at level 15 using daggers, and I kinda died lots, and then died some more.
Although I was all woohoo when I finished it I certainly wouldn't bother again at such a low level, it wasn't fun, took ages, repair bill was mahoosive and I'd run out of swear words.
Give it a blast and see how you go, you've got a good while to do it after getting your bite so you can always come out and try again after levelling up for a bit.1 -
I did it at lvl 3. Pretty easy when you know what you are doing and have about 2hrs worth of time. Only spell you need is Soul trap.0 -

Unlock the vampire skill line w/e you like, but know the exp requirement to level it is static. The amount of exp you will have to have gained to get level 9 vampire means that whenever you unlock the skill line, it will be late 20's early 30's before you can get access to that passive.
This is of course just my anecdotal experience of leveling the vampire skill line a few times from unlocking it at levels ranging from 10~20.

Correct, after gaining the vampire skill line at starting level, it took about lvl 11 to finally rank Drain to II XD. The exp required to lvl vamp skills is massive (however its purely due to "When" the player should aquire skill line in the first place)0

Heishi✭✭✭✭✭I don't know how vamp quest ranks in difficulty compared to the ww quest, but I did the ww on a overcharge armored templar at lv 19, but took until 24-26 somewhere on my med armored nb.And so did many brave men, women, and beast fall to the end of Beta, never to be heard from again. All that is left, is whispers of the adventures they had.0 -
