How I Build Characters ! For anyone who wants too read!

Just going to dive right in!
How i build my characters, and the questions i ask myself!
Questions:
1. What kind of Role do I want too play?
-DPS, Healing, Tank or hybrid?
Example Answer: DPS
2. What kind of style do i want this charter too have?
-Stealth DPS, Non-Stealth Based DPS
Example Answer:Non-Stealth Based DPS
3. What kind of weapon do i want too use?
Example Answer: Dual Wield
4. What main resource do i want too use for damage and support?
Example Answer: Stamina Damage Magic Support
5. Now how can i achieve this with a Nigh Blade and Dual Wield Ability's?
Example Answer: Ambush(Gap Closer/Buff/Dps), Rapid Strikes(Damage/Buff),
Degeneration(Healing/Damage/Utility/Buff/pvp), Blood Craze(Pve),
Impale(Finishing Utility), Haste(Buff)
6. What amour am i going too need to achieve the best result from?
Example Answer: Medium
7. What should my main stat goals be?
Example Answer: Stamina 2.3k, Magic 1.6k, Health 1.5k
8. How is this build doing damage?
Example Answer: Attack Speed
9. What damage boosting stats would be the best too stack while considering my class
passives and what they can already achieve?
Example Answer: Spell Power(Minor Damage),Weapon Power(Main Damage),
Weapon Penetration(Damage Enabler), Crit (Bounce Damage)
**Note: Damage Theory must be tested
9. What Amour Sets will allow me too achieve my answer too question 8?
Example Answer: Hunding's Rage (5 Piece) & Night Mother Gaze (3 Piece)
10. What Jewelry Enchants help me too achieve my answer too question 8?
Example Answer: Spell Power X 2, Weapon Power X 1
11. What Weapon Enchants and Traits too help me too achieve my answer too Question 8?
Example Answer: Increased Amour Penetration Trait, Weapon Power

**Note: Enchant Combination Needs testing
This is how i make my builds and then i proceed too test them. I felt that i should share this for new people. By no means dose this make the "best" dps but it dose help make viable endgame dps so that you can enjoy playing with your friends!
Please Note the Example Answers that i have given are just examples not the "must" have ability's too achieve the goal. It's just one of the many ways too achieve it. Its the Questions that i ask myself that are. I build my toons so that when fixes for current imbalances go into play I will not have too adjust my toons build. Also I do not believe that dps was originally supposed too achieve no more then 600 dps at max. As of right now the average dps of a average player that is playing how they want is between 300-450 which I believe is intended over all. Magic builds are over tuned and stamina builds need too be made easier too manage, however just because you are a magic damage build with melee weapons dose not mean you should use medium amour it means you should use light because your utility is coming from your weapons not magic.

the things u like to play may not really be the best choice.
there are good and bad choices though, so some of your self given answers may not work.

im not talking about your answers u gave yourself.
im talking about that the answers anyone would give himself to this questions might just not work.
like all stamina builds are by far too underpowered to be viable.
wanting to play them doesnt change the fact sadly..
if u want a ruling and effective build. like all answer go to magicka build.
everything else might fit better to your personal wishes - but wont bring u fun in the end.
the game is not balanced enough so far for those common questions.
just a simple example..
i would answer the questions on my dk on playing a 2hand/dual wield stamina based build.
i tried :-) didnt work at all.
so now i play a full magicka resto-destro staff build and im like 500times stronger.

Oh I'm sorry I misunderstood, however balance is coming. I do not believe that dps was originally supposed too achieve no more then 600 dps at max.
