Lack of "Wow" moments in ESO

cutting molag bal in half is a "wow" moment, the entire mages guild was a wow for me. taking a enemy keep with just 4 ballista was a wow moment for me.

i suppose its a matter of perspective

I had quite a few 'wow' moments 1-50 and even a couple in veteran ranks. The entire Coldharbour experience was pretty awesome. The more I played though, the more disillusioned I became, and now most things I have turned to 'meh' unfortunately. I guess that's normal for MMO's...but it's not normal for Elder Scrolls, at least for me.

my Wow moments..

...when i discovered i could just skip through quest dialog by just clicking the 1st option.

...when i was clicking through dialog to skip through and got charged gold, was like 300 or 400 gold or something.

...when i got charged all that gold in a quest... i was like "WOW!!! choices really do matter!!"

...when i actually payed attention to a quest and did the "good guy" option, got screwed out of a skill point, and got an useless bag of mystery meat.

Are you sure the ghost ship that materialises when you get close is in EP? There's one that does that in Auridon.

All MMOs have garbage filler quests. I liked most of the "major" zone and guild quests in ESO. Lots of things they could have done better but they did a good job overall. It's hard to knock your socks off with MMO quests in 2014 unless your battles actually feel epic...

My first encounter with the Dark Anchor was a "WOW" moment for me, haha. I was playing with my buddy who's a great bit more experienced with the game, but it was our first one together, and it was so fun to just see other people rally with us.

.. wasted five soul crystals though, which, in hindsight, I shouldn't have used.

1)Hmm first time in Spindleclutch when you see the Boss and her shadow at the end.
2) First time I saw how the game reflected my choices in a quest.
I run everything maxed out and love the vistas and I only have a twin 560ti.
