Area in Stormhaven - what is it?

Hi,
does anybody know what kind of area that is, right west of the Dreugh World Boss? It is totally closed down and surrounded by rocks - how can I get in?

My guess is its an area for a future quest or other content. There is no way in currently.

Since the enclosed zone is pretty small for a whole zone (since it's stuck into the border between two zones), I'd say that's where the future Arena of some sort will be.
