Nasty Cyrodiil bug (now on live)

Do not know why or how, but I have had a nasty bug a few times and it is still live:
It starts typically with for example I cannot sprint or sneak. Then skills stop working, and even left click attack do nothing. And if I die I cannot get rezed or respawn.
Need to quit the game and if I am lucky I can then respawn. If not I need to repeat the quite until it works.
Also what typical happens is everything else in the world stops moving/responding. And chat does not work either.
