ok so i have shadowy disguise 70%+12% midium amour = 82% and a bow, no crits are happening while in stealth with shadowey and firing a heavy attack or poison arrow. Is this a confirmed bug?

✭I suspect it is somehow different for different chars.
Just sharing my experience now:
Tried shadowy disguise during beta tests - had the same issue as you're having.
Also, tried some fighter's guild's abilities such as expert hunter - wouldn't proc any single time, but when I asked people in /zone chat -- no one had this problem.0 -
I saw a video, not sure if that is still happening but a heavy attack from stelth did never crit. Maybe it gets overwritten by the damage buff you get while atacking from stealth. Its already high, so it may be that crits for certain skills from stealth are disabled.1
