I think it would be good if all race would get a class on their own, based on their racial bonuses/powers from previous TES games.
For example hunter for the Bosmer, because of their racial power (command animal), or a berserker class for the Orcs.

That's a quite huge expansion.

So 10 extra classes? No, no thank you. That would be way too much.
Maybe not whole new classes, but I do think that some of the racial abilities could use a little work. My character is an Orc, and the sprint boost feels a little weak.1 -
