Suggestion: Custom Costume NPC (mini game / Craft)

You speak to an npc and a dialog (UI element) would appear where you can drag and drop any gear you may like into their respective slots (just like equipping gear). Once the 'create' button is activated it combines said items into a lone costume.

Alazarz✭✭✭Days later it's even clearer that we need something like this!! Today I went from wearing awesome looking 'Knightmare' set armor, to wearing mismatched, dull, silly looking armor... because of a generous stat boost.
