Grammatical error /bug reports are unanswered. Is it worth reporting them at all?

Grammatical errors and NPC dialog/voiceover inadequacies are sometimes so unnerving that I open the /bug window and report them. Yet we are over two months into the game and Main Quest reward (a ring) still reads "Mannimarcom" in its description and the first error of this kind is barely a minute into the game - The Prophet says "in" and the dialog reads "of" (or is it the other way round, I don't remember). Word omissions, entire lines of dialog completely skipped in the written text, Daggerfall banker's voice cut to "Welcome to the Bank of Daggerfall" with all the "Did you hear the old saying..." still left in the text version are just a few errors I reported and English is not my first language so I am sure I am unaware of more that needs to be corrected. This is nothing game breaking and there certainly are other aspects of the game that need attention but aren't these among the easiest things to fix?

@Katinas - Keep reporting them via /bug in game. At this point consider these "tweaks" to be made once other issues are addressed. I can tell you, between now and beta, a lot of these types of issues have been corrected.

Report any bug, even minor grammatical ones, they might not be top priority, but someday they will get fixed, especially if people keep reporting them.
