Gameplay at beginning... Should Zenimax not trust the players?

Seems like people in the beginning were all over this game after it first came out. Was the game more fun for you the first few weeks when it came out? Whats your opinion?

Sometimes people asking for something to happen fast seems to produce horrible results when you give them what they ask for.

was fun to start with but my highest level is 24 and I have played since early access it just seems a bit of a chore to play for some reason.

part of it could be that I read posts on here I want to play a Templar that can dps and heal as off spec but it just seems to be about running around in a dress waving a stick later on so im in no rush.

I think all games are more fun when you first start them cuz your imagination just goes crazy with possibilities.
I have been playing since 5 day early access and my excitement started fading about 2 weeks ago.
I just hit V8 and I think my problem is everything I run into is just "more of the same". There seems to be little in this game that is unique and attention grabbing.
I am still playing but I have to admit I'm a little bored, I am only playing now to max out crafting and get as much gold as I can in hopes that something will be released in the future that will be interesting.

Im definitely with you on that bored at v8 leveling. It was fun for me too, but now I am finding the fun draining the more I have seen the differences in classes. Even with this Im wondering what they could have done better about their launch. Seems like the players are always starting with "WE DONT CARE ABOUT THE BUGS, LETS LAUNCH IT NOW!" then when the bugs come, a lot of people ragequit. It makes the company have a hard time determining what they should do and definitely not trust the people saying to launch it.

It was great fun for a while. Even though for me it stops being fun at the end of the main faction quest I certainly have had my money's worth. i'm sure you'll enjoy it.

First 15 levels or so were exciting because it was all new. Then it got somewhat repetitive. Levels 40-50 are pretty epic though because you reach the climax in all the story lines at once. Vet levels are a whole different story (never should have been this way).

If there were more of feeling of socializing and community in game I think it would make a big difference. Unfortunately Zos really seems to have focused on individual player leveling and spread everybody out all over the map.
