The launcher doesn't indicate a maitenance planner and I visited the forum for the first time. It's their duty to inform their costummers on their progression and changes. Not the other way around, that's one of the many reasons why I am paying them.

So they finally decided to make Tuesday the maitenance day.

Still has to many unannounced maitenances.

THey should inform us propperly instead of EU server is down at the moment due maitenances. At the moment we are trying to logon.

After all we pay them for propper services, and I do aspect to get propperly served.

It's just you because there's a clear schedule that they've been following and been pretty good on following.

Your kidding right? It's right at the top of this page, on their Facebook, and not sure why its not on your launcher because I'm on NA and its even on mine, and here http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/discussion/75114/regular-maintenance-days-times, and I get twitter updates when they are doing maintenance.

Not kidding. He stated twice how entitled he is to getting all the information served properly. I'm just glad that 'other' players do know to find the information without any problem.

Blaming ZOS for him still being level 23 is ridiculous. Level 23 means: playing two areas complete and this takes 20 hours to accomplish if you play normal. 20 hours will be reached in 10 days or less. If ZOS is to blaim for this, he implies that the game was not playable on about 20 days.
He also said clearly, he rarely has time to play the game, which seems to be a more plausible reason for still being level 23.

And: He claims to have seen unscheduled maintainance almost every day. This is just a pure lie, something all VR players on EU server can confirm.

And: Multiple connection losses and system crashes for no good reason, his pc system is fine. It's easier to blame someone else..

A saturday, either a week or two ago, might be even longer. And it lasted like an hour at most.

First MMO I have played with maintenance times that suit EU time-zones and still people complain.

There were lots of maintenances after the launch, around that time, cos things were a bit tricky then but lately I can't remember if there has been any maintenances outside the weeky schedule. Maybe one? but that's it.

Same crap that people whine in facebook page "omg omg maintenance every day, how can this be" seems to be making an invasion here as well....

They can't assume everyone is following them on twitters,facebook and forum bulletins.

And I had no indications on my launcher or what so ever. Up to today all maitenances have been unaccpeted and unwanted supprises.

As I did explain the previous post heck I even said it in the first post.

I'm a cusual player only playing the game when I have time.
My life doesn't depend on it unlike some others.

And as Bethesda and zenimax and what ever coporative mentioned before the launch of the game. Is that they wanted to make the game appealing to all sorts of players including the casual palyers like me.

Making it more appealing requires better informative approaches about news and alerts and updates.

They just can't assume I will follow them on twitter & or on facebook.
Heck I just even got to this forum a couple of days ago.

And I saw someone mention that this is the first MMO suiting EU time zones.
Well blizzard has their Wow maitenance on tuesday 03:00 - 11:00 so this isn't the first.

Besides that they even inform you way ahead of time even in the launcher and in the ingame character menu.

It's a little thing to add.

if you are one of those people whose scheduled day off coincides with regular maintenance times for your zone then yes, it could be you. I have a mate who is in that situation, he grins and bears it. hang in there

I can deal with scheduled maitenances, but I can't deal with the random selected maitenances.

And the lack of information provided by the game it self.
If I want to know when I'm able to play I have sign up and or follow to get the details. Or login only to get a 10 minute count down to server shutdown
