Question about bolt escape- not concerning the new mana cost

Every other time I play my sorc, bolt suddenly stops responding. Cost are incurred, the graphic for it happens but the ability never activates. This of course, like every other broken aspect of abilities in game, can be temporarily fixed by logging out and back in. I have to admit I am so happy we are not charged for every time we log in or 1 play session would bankrupt me.
Is this issue pretty widespread? I do know it happens to others in guild and replies in zone chat in Cyrodil, but is this common with other abilities as well? Do other character abilities suddenly stop responding in the same fashion and quite usually only when it would be helpful, to say, work?

Fuzzylumpkins✭✭✭✭Really am getting annoyed with devs taking the time to screw players and abilities but not fixing the original issues with them. I may last 10 minutes in game now before my bolt ability becomes non responsive and my atronarch ultimate casts but does nothing. He doesn't stun the enemies he is cast on or attack after cast.
You got paid up front, we cant change that. But we can ask you fix your fecking product. We get the absolute minimum of abitities to use in game and you couldn't even properly execute that much? Even weapon swapping has become dodgey and unresponsive.
I have replaced bolt and atronarch with volc runes and power overload. I guess its only a matter of time before those abilities get screwed over or become unresponsive.
-signed- One of the few that still plays but is no longer blinded by ZOS' inability to bring this title up to subscription based standards. Cyrodil is still a decent idea in the midst of a huge stink bomb.0 -
Fuzzylumpkins✭✭✭✭While I am on a soapbox about this, ZOS figure out a way to toss in full skill respecs for classes you constantly tinker with. It is expensive being double taxed to reallocate skill points every other week when you jack up abilities.

Pele✭✭✭✭✭Crystal Shard has been doing this recently. The mana cost is deducted from my bar and the animation occurs, yet it does nothing. The mob sits undamaged and un-aggro'd while my mana is empty.0
