Forward camps bug out sometimes, so they will spawn, but players will not be able to spawn at them and you can't put another one anywhere near it, so you need to wait for it to decay or for someone in the opposite faction to burn it down. This has been an issue since beta. But that's not the point of this post, the point of this post is to tell ZOS devs to fix simple stuff like a skill not working.

Puncture armor is the unmorphed skill and it works fine, it reduces the target's armor like it says it does. Pierce Armor is the morphed version and its supposed to reduce the target's Armor AND Spell Resistance, but it only lowers the targets armor, NOT the spell resistance, which is a big issue since this is one of the few things that is capable of reducing an enemy's spell resistance.

Excellent sound bite. Explain please. Go to a random mob, hit it with one of your class skills, take note of exactly how much damage it does, hit it with pierce armor, then hit it again with the same class skill and take note of the amount of damage it does this time, it will be the same.

Here's how I tested it. I went to an enemy player in cyrodiil, hit him with crystal fragment for 600 damage, no crit. Hit him with pierce armor. Then hit him with crystal fragment again, and saw that it did exactly 600 damage again, no crit. If Pierce Armor had worked, my crystal fragment would have done at least 700 damage non-crit.

Give me exact numbers, "a bit more" proves nothing, and 700 isn't 40% more than 600, it's roughly 16%, which is expected if the target's spell resist is reduced by 40%.

Please don't agree with me or disagree with me unless you're going to post semi-exact numbers.

Download the Foundry Tactical Combat addon so you can see exact numbers, I guarantee you you will get the same numbers, anything less than or equal to a 5% change in damage cannot be attributed to Pierce Armor
