Incident #140611-005671. This has just been a cluster from the get go. Zenimax CS will send me an email saying they've escalated the issue to billing. Which sends me an email saying they've contacted the card issuer and released the funds. Contact the card issuer which says they never contacted them. Someone somewhere in the process is lying about actions taken.
Edited. Forgot to add the 40 minute phone call with customer service also.
