    Maybe it's a really old keyboard, the CAPLOCK key has arthritis and got stuck in a downward spasm..

    If they do call you, you better have a little decency and respect for the person you talk to. They will be trying to help you as best they can, so being angry and nasty to them as you have shown in your post would be unacceptable, and they don't have to put up with it.
