What Style / motif is this ? Uncraftable?

Im trying to figure out the style of my leather helmet:

    looks like dragon priest to me which would sort of be ancient nord which isn't craftable

    Reminds me of the Dragon Priest mask, from Skyrim. Most likely a quest reward or a dropped item from a named set. Probably something that cannot be crafted.

    On closer look, could be Akaviri.

    Yes it´s a set part. "Helm der Luft" in german (helmet of the air?). 3 parts grant stamina regeneration and 5 parts plus 20% damage on weaponskills after an evading roll. I got a whole set farmed in Craglorn. Its VR11 and im trying to figure out if I can get my hands on a VR12 set of it.

    Tried to look up Helm der Luft, won't make that mistake again, forgot about the Luftwaffe, lol.

    My guess is that it's of the uncraftable Akaviri motif.
