You had plenty of time to get to max level.
MMO designers can't afford to design content and sit on their hands thinking it will take most people more than 2 months to get to the cap. This is a failure of design.
Making rewarding, enticing, repeatable content at max level however is great for retaining subscriptions. Having nothing at the finish line however, not so much.
I'm baffled by zenimaxes decisions thus far.0
