Does anyone what the actual percentages for this are. Rank 1 and 2 both say 5%. Is this correct or a tooltips error. I think it's more like 3% and 5%.
Personally, I'd prefer it if the second rank was the same percentage but cover all kills instead of just weapon kills.

sigsergv✭✭✭✭Currently it's useless passive, if you want to fill stack of empty soul gems, just go to some farming area (like Crow's Wood) and fill them using basic soul trap ability while others are killing weak mobs.0 -

@sigsergv, I don't really enjoy farming souls, so I'm happy to use spare SPs on something that reduces the need.0 -

I submitted a bug on this a week or so ago with both ranks saying 5% on weapon kills.
I picked up both ranks, eventually it will be sorted out and it's not like there is a shortage of skill points.1
