Is there a number to contact Zenimax directly? Has anyone gotten a call from filling out a ticket?

I have been unable to log into the game since last night around 10pm EST. This was the same time the EU server went down for scheduled maintenance. My character is not on the EU server, nor do I live in Europe. I have tried to connect on 3 different computers, 3 different ISPs to no avail. I get no error code other than "Login Timed Out". When I type my password incorrectly on purpose, I get an error saying my credentials didn't match - meaning, its actually trying to log into their server.

I am 100% sure the issue is on their end, as a friend can use his account on any of my computers. The question is, what caused it? I teleported to Greenshade to craft an item for a friend, when the game crashed. After that, it was completely dead. Why would this issue be 100% spot on with the EU server maintenance when I play on NA?

Has anyone successfully contacted them via the phone? Email with level 1 tech support only deals with client issues, and after they escalate your issue, there is absolutely no feedback or replying on their part. At this point I am hoping my character is still intact..

    Also, if you haven't already.. I would try repairing your client. A friend of mine was actually getting the issue you're describing.. other accounts could login to his computer fine. He had tried two different computers in his household. Repairing the client worked for him.

    Looks like wait time is about an hour.. they do the same type of callback deal that Amazon does.

    Yes . I opened a ticket relating to payment issues - I got three call attempts they couldn't get through and had personal email responses asking if I needed a call back.

    I was very impressed with the patience and service

    USA. Which is why it is hilarious that my account went down with the EU... I wonder if they offloaded some accounts to the EU server.... Thats the only thing I can think of.

    Ok, a level 2 support person got back to me last night for the 301 error, and it works. Basically you do the following:

    1. Open the game, and switch it to window mode. Log in, and have it time out. Keep trying until you get a 301 error. DO NOT CLOSE THE ERROR WINDOW.
    2. Move the window to the side, close the launcher, and then reopen the launcher.
    3. Launch the game again, and repeat step one and two until you have 3-4 games open at once.

    It took me 4 windows of the game being open before the 301 code was unlocked, and I could play again.

    The page below lists phone numbers for them. Also, if you are getting a 301 error, good luck... but seriously, every time I have gotten that (this also worked for 2 other people) I just spammed the login server. Took about 40 attempts the last time, but it finally let me in (that is after an hour on the phone with zenimax being unhelpful and getting an email saying the problem was resolved)

    I managed to delete my main character and customer support called me 3(!) minutes after I submitted my ticket.

    So my answer to the thread title would be: Yes!

    I did a ticket for something minor and they called my phone like 45 minutes later. had a 25 minute conversation about which is better mountain dew or coke. Very friendly.
