I have been unable to log into the game since last night around 10pm EST. This was the same time the EU server went down for scheduled maintenance. My character is not on the EU server, nor do I live in Europe. I have tried to connect on 3 different computers, 3 different ISPs to no avail. I get no error code other than "Login Timed Out". When I type my password incorrectly on purpose, I get an error saying my credentials didn't match - meaning, its actually trying to log into their server.
I am 100% sure the issue is on their end, as a friend can use his account on any of my computers. The question is, what caused it? I teleported to Greenshade to craft an item for a friend, when the game crashed. After that, it was completely dead. Why would this issue be 100% spot on with the EU server maintenance when I play on NA?
Has anyone successfully contacted them via the phone? Email with level 1 tech support only deals with client issues, and after they escalate your issue, there is absolutely no feedback or replying on their part. At this point I am hoping my character is still intact..

Ok, a level 2 support person got back to me last night for the 301 error, and it works. Basically you do the following:
1. Open the game, and switch it to window mode. Log in, and have it time out. Keep trying until you get a 301 error. DO NOT CLOSE THE ERROR WINDOW.
2. Move the window to the side, close the launcher, and then reopen the launcher.
3. Launch the game again, and repeat step one and two until you have 3-4 games open at once.
It took me 4 windows of the game being open before the 301 code was unlocked, and I could play again.
