Heavy armor and sword/axe/mace drops in Craglorn

Is anyone else noticing a lack of the above mentioned drops from anomalies or grave sites?
I get a metric crap ton of light and medium armor and staffs of all quality, but heavy armor is scarce.
Is it just my bad luck?
