I'm not a fan of polls. Mostly it's just people looking to affirm their own opinion.

But, just out of curiosity, which do you prefer?

    Both, they have enough staff in separate departments. Bug fixers are not content developers.
    Being First is not the prize, it just mean's everyone can stab you in the back.

    Fix the bugs first.
    They have different departments for this.

    The development team makes the buggy new content and the tech team makes them worse. :D

    As many people keep saying, the team developing new content are not the same people fixing the bugs.

    You cannot switch the new content devs to bug fixing its not that simple.

    In fact it would probably slow bug fixes down.

    If they had to choose one or the other I would have to say more people are leaving due to boredom than because of bugs.

    You need to add a button to your poll: "Both". "Both" for those of us expecting a subscription game to be both playable and interesting.

    What they can't walk and chew gum at the same time? Silly poll, they can and are doing both at the same time. Different people work on different things. pffftt I could go on but just asking the questions gives me doubts you would understand the answer.

    If the bugs are in the code the new content devs wrote for a previous patch, wouldn't it logically make sense that they might have an easier time figuring out where to look for the errors to fix, instead of having guys solely dedicated to fixing bugs have to dig through thousands more lines of code to figure out what went wrong where?

    Basic circle of complaints on ESO Forums:
    1) Users: Fix game/class/bug
    2) Zenimax Online: Brings servers down and fixes issues and deploys patches.
    3) Users: OMG SERVERS ARE DOWN!!!!!
    4) Zenimax Online: Brings servers back up!

    Fix the bugs first.
    Fix game-breaking bugs like combat delay, combat animation delay, combat animation exploits like the one with bow, the old shield one that was fixed.

    And make it so stamina weapons aren't complete and utter trash when compared to Magicka based weapons like destruction staff.

    After that? Go ahead and focus on content.
    Waiting, and watching, for the return of Melee Weapons.

    Fix the bugs first.
    Agreed different departments, but if the guys at the bug squashing dept. are not taking them out fast enough, the developers in the new content dept. are just spawning more and more bugs overwhelming the guys trying to get rid of the bugs.
