Anyone else getting significant combat delays / responsiveness since patch?

Not sure if this is intentional but the delays is very obvious, coming out of certain stance or action there are delays whilst in pve mobs can chain stun or silence you.

Since patch? How about since release? LOL Stuck animations, staff not firing right, weapon swapping not responding after 5 hits, abilities not firing off when tapped, spamming e at a door so long only a dead body ports in, abilites firing off after you rez that werent responding indicating server delay not on your end, etc

Not sure if it is related. I just came here to look for any threads regarding the anomalies I had in just 5 minutes of play.

Logging into the game saw a return to the long load screens of infinity. Unable to interact with in game mails by taking attachments, and crafting stations having similar issues.

Tried to log out and stuck in loading screen fort ages. Seems more than coincidental this happened after new patch.

Lol agree, but it seems now it has gotten worst. This is not even prime time playing at it is occuring hard!!!!

Mobs shadowing and teleporting all over also is more and more now.

Curious if they would explain what is it that they do on these down maintenance times with the server when no hotfix note shown.

Why does it seem it makes things worst almost always?

Same for me. I even get lag and weapon swapping issues in solo pve now since patch. Never happened like this before : /

Yup this is the most concerning today that I noticed. Even when it is just a 1 on 1 in PVE it is bad.

no lol, this in on NA server. New to me, hence noticing it. Yes I have read it from those on EU megaservers and can understand why but this?

Not seen anything much different to usual. Combat pretty unresponsive, although part of that is being on NA server from EU. Never had these issues playing on US servers in other games, so didn't pick EU server initially. I think part of the issue is that combat is so much faster in this game (or at least, monsters kill you faster, you don't kill them particularly fast), so the lack of response is more of an issue. Monsters taking a while to appear frequently is a pain, often die to things that haven't drawn yet if riding. The slow load screen issue is also there, though that tends to be there for 1-2 days after each patch so far.

Oh god this happened to me last night. I ran up to a 2npc mob and tried to attack.......(during this wait I am getting nailed on by a WW and a caster)....Bam my sword finally swings ONCE....( I am MASHING the RAGING **** out of my keyboard at this point)....Bam my heavy hit..I'm dead.

So, I collect my self, brush it off and take a deep breath. I call my horse......................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................Oh there's my horse. I log out/quit game.

I log back in.

I run up to the same WW and ranged caster that facerolled me 4 minutes prior and engage..........................................well I'm trying to engage.................Don't get me wrong here...they are beating the living poodoo out of me but I am unable to attack (well I did end up getting a couple hits in like last time) I'm dead.

Good times in ESO o_0

This is what I'm getting too. Horse call, sprinting, attacking. There is a 1.5 to sometimes 3 second delay for me today.

Anyone know why this is happening?

Game bugs, hopefully a fix will come soon.

For now, turning off sound seems to massively help for some (can switch on NPC subtitles to reduce the impact) til there is a proper fix.

I've personally had a lot more lag.issues or what I would describe as mobs not appearing at all but being able to fight me and me able to kill them in large groups taking little to no damage.

I normally play PvE so whether it's in the world.or in a cave or dungeon the experience has been the same over the last two weeks.

Prior I did not have these issues but the animations would get stuck. My Templar would walk around with the spear showing as if an equitable item.

I'm not enjoying missing out on seeing what the game is trying to show. I've made a new character in a different realm to go through more of the other quests and stories but it seems the game improves in some respects and.gets.a lot worse in other areas.

I realize the game is just a few.months old but at the current playability I wonder how long. The population is dropping and overtime this will require the developers to drastically overhaul endgame.
ANOTHER THING

Every since the huge Tuesday path (related to the above), I've noticed and experienced a re-occuring error that when posted in two different forums were not addressed. It's not.my PC as I've played with no issues until the large Tuesday patch.

This error is a "bad load error" one that pops up not while.loading new areas or just after. This pops up whenever it wants to and then further prevents me from being able to complete quests that have intractable objects.

As of the Thursday patch the game continues with the error and then crashes.
Please don't ruin a good thing by not addressing these issues.

Yeah, this is a 'since release' issue for me lol. Usually things are legit, but sometimes stuff delays, the most obvious annoyance being weapon swapping. Combat feels great when weapon swapping is snappy, as I do a lot, but you definitely notice it when it isn't. A bad one for me is when I charge in and then suddenly it takes like 3 seconds to get my AoEs firing.
