Reduced stamina cost on Stuns, roots and everything else but weapon abilities needed

There are so many CC attacks in PvP (even in PvE) that are both damaging and CC at the same time, spamming some of them also costs less Magicka/Stamina than it costs to Break/Roll out of Stun/root.

Also the stamina spending on these moves makes Stamina builds less effective, as the stamina pool is limited. Spending X% (25% just to break) on defensive stamina moves just makes stamina builds that much less effective, thats without taking Block into the equation, which is also essential for anyone in PvE and PvP.

The cost has to be greatly reduced, in many situations its alot more expensive to break a stun than it is to do the stunning.

    Have ANY idea what the Stamina abilities all have in common???

    Block, Dodge, Stun, CC Break.

    Looks like increased survivability. These used to be fixed percentages but that didn't see to make sense so now its a fixed value.

    This means the more points you put into Stamina the more your survivability increases.

    Survivability is just a unique word for TANK. Mitigation of damage.

    So DPS vs Tank obviously tank is going to have LOWER DPS than an actual DPS based character.

    Stamina based characters are about controlling the battlefield and this is something they do WELL.
