I've recently bought the game and it came with the Explorer's Pack. I received all the content with my first character, but in time i deleted it. Now i want to have it again but it dissapeared with my first character. Can i have it with the new one? How?

Explorer's pack item are only sent to your first character. If you deleted your character with those items, you won't receive them anymore.
