Error 102 Everytime I run the launcher/repair

Since the patch I just get error 102 Invalid Manifest or something, It worked fine before the patch. Any ideas that dont involve uninstalling the whole game?

Don't bother uninstalling... it doesn't work. All it did for me was give me an outdated version of the launcher/game that I still can't patch.

Error 102 indicates an issue with the client patcher itself. We believe we have resolved the root cause of this issue. Affected players will need to restart their patchers. If this does not resolve the error, please contact Customer Support.

If the "manifest" error is related to the "Patch Manifest Error", please follow every steps on this article.

Error 102 also seems to occur with less than about 20Gb free space on drive C:\, regardless where the game is installed. It seems the patcher preloads the files to the System drive and then moves them to the game directory.

hello i had the same error follow the steps below and your problem will most likely be fixed
#1 press the start button
#2 type cmd in the search bar
#3 right click cmd.exe and click run as admin
#4 when the black command prompt window opens simply type this command with out the quotes "ipconfig /flushdns" and press enter
#5 reset router
#6 open ESO and enjoy
