Werewolf Pack leader bite cooldown bug

I don't have the pack leader morph. However, several other werewolves I know who do have it, claim they have a longer bite cooldown. My friend said 44 days. I hope this will be fixed next patch or maintenance, and I was wondering if anybody else was having this problem.
