Can't redeem explorer pack????

So, myself and fiance pre ordered the xbox one version. Obviously that got canned. So, we have gone to the pc version til the console version comes out. Now, if we were getting the console version etc we would have gotten the exploreres pack. No big deal. So we buy brand new versions of the imperial game... which are still coming with explorer pack codes. And the web site is not letting us redeem them. The FAQ says that you can no longer redeem them. So they are trying to get all the console players to come to the pc due to the delay, even offering a transfer. But we are going to be race/faction locked which we would NOT have been if the console released. Has anyone had any luck getting the explorer pack post launch? This is a pretty serious thing for some of us, especially those looking for specific perks of race/class combos.

    found some other threads of people that were able to redeem even after the 4/4 date, so working with support to resolve.

    I think the problem is down to the fact ZOS used different product keys for the different platforms, hopefully your ticket with CS will get you sorted.

    As for the FAQ saying the cut-off date was launch day, I really find it hard to believe ZOS actually would enforce that stupid 'rule', it would be ludicrous for them to invalidate someone's pre-order simply because the customer didn't register it until after launch: it was a perk for pre-ordering, not pre-playing!

    Yeah talk to Support, I could use the explorer code on my girlfriend's account just this saturday

    I know of three people who were able to redeem Explorers Packs codes after the launch date. I helped two of those people redeem them in person. To redeem the codes, they went to Account, clicked "Redeem Code" (located on the left side of the page) and entered the codes. I believe they were sent an email confirming that the redeemed code was for an Explorers Pack, but I can't recall for certain.

    I hope you and your fiancé are able to resolve the issue through Customer Support.
