So how do you think anomaly farming in Craglorn will be nerfed?

    You mean where no one gets loot (usually), even us legit players who go in for full clears as it was intended? Hopefully that is not the case. When you have nothing left to do PVE in the game and don't feel like hopping on teamspeak for stuff you already know in trials, it wasn't a bad way to gather nice loot drops. I've only done them a handful of times each Anom..however it was nice to see places dropping nice loot for once.

    I mean if you think about it.... green loot drops increase later in the game but before 50, then blue loot drops increase in the VR zones... it would make sense for purple drops to be increased in chance for VR10-VR12 and up zones.

    That doesn't make any sense.

    But the purples that dropped from the anomalies were run of the mill gear that could be crafted by most players anyway. Since most high level VR players don't use the anomaly drops as gear (everyone crafts set gear pieces instead), the biggest effect of anomaly purples is on the price of purple mats. Since anomaly farming went big, the prices on those mats have been cut by nearly a third. Deflationary.

    From past experience? In a way that caused other unexpected serious issues because it won't actually have been tested properly.

    The amount of purple items flooding the market was ridiculous. As was the experience gains. So hopefully they go all out.

    It will be nerfed as soon as they start seeing threads popping up about it.

    With a bit of luck, we'll see a loot timer on those Anomalies.
    Once every hour, you get a chest.
    This will not ruin it for the people that want their map to turn all white, they will still get rewarded (albeit only once).

    whatever it is people will adapt. Its what makes a human the most dangerous hunter its ability to adapt. Best your going to get is to slow it down. Expand the zone and randomize placement on an un-announced schedule.

    Item drop nerf for sure.
    Added exp nerf, why? Cause ZOS.

    People will just move onto other dungs to get the exp.

    Rather than nerf it why not make it more of a challenge. make the difficulty scale based on the number of attackers. maybe even some mechanic that returns damage done for a portion of the fight so the more people hitting it the more AOE damage returned. If people want to play that way then let them but make it more fun and more challenging. also there should be some unavoidable AOE that will cream anything below vet 5 to stop people grinding from v1 to v12

    Longer spawn times and some random pattern as to how they spawn. Less loot. Less XP. Up the damage and/or boss health to cause some wipes. Make it a quest.
    Either way people will be pissed but they will just move back to somewhere like Bala or the Burial sites to farm XP. Gamers are pretty quick to adapt and follow the herd. I can't wait to see what the new thing will be.
