Vampire Question About Turning Other Players

So I will have my first bite ready soon. Is there anything special I need to do to turn a player? Since it is a passive ability it won't be a 1-5 key. I am guessing I take them to the shrine and possibly an "E" or something will come up if I am in front of them to bleed them dry?

Basically, sometimes you will have to walk away from the shrine and back to it...this may only be a WW inconvenience though.0
