Nerf the skill "Complain"

There is this skill that is used and spammed almost every day and it gets our pvp downhill. Its is called "Complain" . When the people use this , somehow the chat box ends up with things that have nothing to do with Cyridil. Any news when they will be nerfing the skill "complain"?
This is meant to be a joke, however sometimes it is kind of rough in pvp to get good info out when people are discussing builds and whatnots in chat. Will there be a nerf on complaining though?

Asawasa✭✭✭is there a way to make chat channels in this game? if not i'd say make use of the ignore function more. if all they do is complain do you really care what else they could say?0

Paladin_echo1✭✭✭Asawasa had and awesome idea there. It be nice for the chat channels rather than that other stuff for zone. Zone chat has severe spamming of the skill complain. It works so well that it demoralizes over half the map for hours and causes thing to go to the other teams. Can they at least cut down the cooldown of the effects?0
