Where can i find the veteran level 7 - 9 glyphs vendor? DC side

    She's in Daggerfall city. There's an enchanter's shop directly across from the bank and right next to the crafting hall. She sells level 5-15 glyphs. Took me forever to find the shop.

    Sorry i forgot i meant veteran rank 7 - 9 not normal levels :). Found some in cyrodiil but its kinda pointless now even knowing as i went past those ranks while trying to find it lol

    That would be your Faction's VR 7-9 zones at all Enchanting buildings. Go inside the building and converse with the Enchanter inside said building, profit.

    Dang i grinded it and didn't do the vr questing :P
