Devs you are cleary showing you have never ever played any MMO before. By adding levels so fast you are making rare armor for a specific level completely useless. Additionaly you get told everyday that people dont like the quest grind. What you need to do is bring more GROUP oriented gameplay into the game. People dont socialize at all. Dungeons are useless to run. Why bother? The rare items are becoming useless again with the additional vet ranks.

    I think this is just a rumour and somebody who had the responsibility of the videos and information messed up.
    I remember the 1st official announcement saying it will be raised to vet 12, then that Help video was released sometime ago and it showed Vet 13.

    They said they manually set the ranks and made a mistake, Craglorn will add only VR11-12. But given that their whole group was VR13 and the grouping tools showed world content for VR1-15, I think it's safe to assume we'll see more ranks in the future.

    It is pretty obvious we will se more levels. That's a given. The next pdate goes only up to 12 though.

    Before they go too crazy with adding VRs I'd like to see them fix the loot tables for bosses and put in a need/greed system for epics in dungeons. That way the group content already in the game will actually feel much more worthwhile.

    they can present challenging content without raising any more Veteran Ranks. For example, GW2 Fractals of the Mist have difficulty that keeps going, why cant they explore some variation of that system instead raising the VR level cap?

    Tbh I prefer more lvl and crafting to endless ridiculus raiding like in wow. Burn the icecrown citadel, desecrate the black temple and Dry the sunwell! Adding new raids is fine but crafting gear must remains whats on top efficiency. I don't care if some lucky one can find epic level gear as long as what I craft remains stronguer then what you get by farming bosses in the end so I can keep making myself better gear as content improve (as a reward to my hard done crafting skill).... However keep in mind if you plan increasing the vet content size you also need to reduce the veteran exp requirement between level so to allow people to level to the cap faster else it will end up requiring a full year to get one character to maximum level, we don't need that.

    The problem with adding them so quickly is that it ensures that the vast majority of level capped players are exploiters. At some point, they need to slow down, allow the player base that is playing the game as it is intended to reach cap.

    I lose the interest in doing any content if i know the level is rising, 1 of my guildies is saying that vet 15 is coming in the next content patch, not sure if trolling or serious, but why bother slogging your guts out burning through dungeons for gear when its obsolete in a month

    There are not really rare items and as long the softcaps are not adjusted for Vet players there is no need to stick with a Vet level.

    Raising caps and gear with much better stats is part of the future process, read the road ahead and you might understand ...
