I am VR8 and my soul magic is at rank 6 but the level up bar is empty. I also have soul strike IV with an empty bar. They have both been like this for a long time. I would like to morph soul strike but that option has not become available. I often use soul magic abilities but I still cannot morph the ultimate ability.
Is there a glitch or bug or am I doing something wrong?

Sev✭✭So far as I know, you don't get any Soul Magic exp by using abilities. Only by doing main story quests.0 -
chaosme✭✭✭Have you already tried equipping the Soul Strike IV ultimate until the bar fills up? You should be able to gain exp towards the ultimate as long as it is equipped when you gain exp. Once it is maxed, the option to morph should appear if you have at least 1 skill point.
