GrimCyclone✭✭✭✭✭I think spell resist is buggy at the moment. It either doesn't work or the scaling and critcal hits from npcs seem unmitigated. Some of the fire and lightning mages seem way too powerful at times.5

Kayvee✭✭I believe things only have a spell resist value if you put a skill point in a passive like Light Armor's Spell Warding http://esohead.com/skills/29663-spell-warding or jewelry if they have a spell resist enchant.
