How long do you think it will take before the game has minimal bugs, good functional systems, well balanced skill sets and an active live chat ingame help center?

As far as minimal bugs and decent balance? I see those already coming to fruition.
They'll throw that balance out of whack every time they add a new skill set, or class, or even race. Heck, every time they add a new set of armor or a new type of content.Ruze Aulus. Mayor of Dhalmora. Archer, hunter, assassin. Nightblade.

XBOX NARuze is a veteran of the PC Beta, lived through the year one drought, survived the buy-to-play conversion, and has stepped foot in the hells known as Craglorn. He mained a nightlbade when nightblades weren't good, and has never worn a robe. He converted from PC during the console betas, and hasn't regretted it a moment since.
He'd rank ESO:TU (in it's current state) a 4.8 out of 5, loving the game almost entirely.
This is an multiplayer game. I should be able to log in, join a dungeon, join a battleground, queue for a dolmen or world boss or delve, teleport in, play for 20 minutes, and not worry about getting kicked, failing to join, having perfect voice coms, or being unable to complete content because someone's lagging behind. Group Finder and matchmaking is broken. Take a note from Destiny and build a system that allows from drop-in/drop-out functionality and quick play.0 -

They had a live ingame chat for players for a year in the beta, incase they ran into bugs or needed help from a GM.
They said this feature was to insure we had the best ingame help of any MMO to date.

Ragekniv✭✭✭I'd say 3 to 6 months.Beta and three months player base subscription revenue and we have no evidence of game stability, workable solution to bots and class balance.
Now they are polarizing and alienating the community by balancing in the negative by nerfing.
NBs and Templars remain broken from Beta. Sorcs and DKs are still the OP FOTM!
Class balance is months away, stamina builds will likely be even longer before resolved.
The question is not how many months will it take for ESO to get on track.
The question is how much longer are players willing to pay monthly subscription fees for a Beta format, to port to console game, and if ESO will remain relevant.
Unlike WoW and other MMOs there are no end game epic dungeon crawls, epic world boss fights, pvp battlegrounds, etc.
