And a couple of weeks ago i could have sworn i will play this game a long time.

I maxed out all 6 professions a few days ago. I can craft like anything in the game. I curently have 286k gold and at least another 200k worth of mats in my bank, 150 bank and inv slots, all motifs known, 47k max horse and i'm VR6. Only VR6 because i found this veteran leveling very boresome so i stopped and starting to craft alot of stuff for many people. Gold was coming in daily (20-30k a day) just by crafting and selling. I am part or 4 trading guilds with 500 members each so i can find anything in their bank when i need something. It's so easy to make gold in this game, who need gold sellers??? BUT... it became boring the last few days so i didn't even manage to stay logged in more than 20 mins :(

I also work 9 hours a day so you can't say that i've played this game too much... kinda sucks really, wish this game kept me going for long but it seems it doesn't :(

PS : all 6 professions have max skill points in passives and i still have 4 zones to collect skyshards from. What i'm i supposed to use those skills on? I already found a build for my nightblade wich i do VR6 zone just fine solo.

Unfortunately, a lot of MMOs seem to hit the plateau of long term relevance and fail.

Some survive to provide stimulating content, progressive game design and strive for balance and player base satisfation.

Beta and three months subscription revenue has yet to yield game stability, a workable solution to bots and class balance.

I'm afraid you're in a "twiddling thumbs vortex" for some time to come.

The VR levels were a huge mistake. They should have keep the cap at 50 and put the time and development effort into better end game PvP and PvE.

I would chime in with "can I has your lewts" as well but honestly I have been giving my crap away. Since we are tossing in our resume here:
    VR12
    -maxxed profs
-all traits researched (that was not fun)
    -2 horses 1all stam/ 1 speed
    -150 inv slots on 5 toons(4 banks)
-No less than a full stack of each legendary mat (4+ stacks of blue/epic mats)
-no less than 50k+ AP every run in Cyrodil (I know that isn't much, relative to my play time it is fine as I went from 3+hours a day to less than 2 hours every other day)
-Respec'ed skills 7 times at 250 skill points to train EVERY potential weapon/ style/ ability/ morph for that 'just in case' moment that all the good abilities got nerfed (as they are)
-Leveled and cured vamp and ww so those options were there but my preference is neither.

Looking over this list, that isn't even nearly finished, I realised my account is worth something, elsewhere. Hmm. Right, good day guys, I have some googling to do :)

P.S @op also found the game suddenly was not engaging at all.

I hope you enjoy a little break from this "unchallenging" mmo according to you, and then find something more fun to do with your summer.

I salute you for maxing out Enchanting though, even more than finding a great build for working your Nightblade ;)

I'm definitely jelly about that. *Slogs on looking for more runes...the right runes...any runes...

It is funny that game overall has better UI engine and job playability.

Oh, and you can search an AH/store. For an item you want.

Wouldn't it be cool if they made skill chains? This would make grouping and different weapon type of players.

Personally I truly hope they do crafting quest able and combinable like FFXIV

Right now FFXI launched with a thing called capacity points. These are enhancements to your job traits.

But in ESO case it could of been a vetren rank skill point to put in vetren rank tree. Every time you leveled.

A question. Do you use the addons like Skyshard map, quests map, leveling exp best per hour, etc.

Have you done any actual exploring and found any of these word things, like the lone house in the middle of nowhere, with an old lady in, who wants you to listen to her tale. You can choose several times to quit and the dialog changes so you cant just click on.

After you listened to the whole story, she asks you a question, and if you get it right, you get a skillpoint.

If your answer is Yes, you used the addons, level guilde, maps etc, then I understand why you lost interest.

Check out the road ahead. Maybe something there catches your interest?

13 days 18 hours. My /played on my account before any scrubs pull some crap about how we must play 24/7 to cap everything. No, some of us actually play smart/ effectively and have zero interest in listening to endless horrible voice acting for side quest. Do whats required and move on to what makes things happen quickly such as early VR dungeon farms that quickly levelled everything, dropped goods that sold for a fortune and so on that have now been nerfed due to tears.

So no, what some of us did effectively , no player will be able to do again.

"Did effectively". Such a strange choice of words for the player that looks for the easiest way to obtain goods or level. In this case you sound to be one of those particular gamers who like to play the 'economy' game in MMOs.

This is another one of the bigger inherent problems in todays MMO. The hard core gamer is either rushing to max level and end content or rushing through content to locate the means to get 'rich' quick as a crafter/AH type of player. This is another reason we see the market flux up and down so much and with frequency like we did in this game.

Bye is really all i have to say to you. I do not feel bad for you or any of the other hard core types who burn themselves out looking for the easy way through the game.

I played several of the betas, have played since early access, have a full time job (45+ hours a week) and support a wife and two children. I have got 1 character to lvl 44 (+ and alt to 22) and maxed Alchemy and Provisioning only (still missing loads of recipes though)

    1. world too small
if you travel by foot or horse how long would it take you to travel across earth
let alone explore it and every inch and then caves, underground and oblivian

2 leveling too easy - should be exponentially harder to climb up - making it a challenge to get there
the original Elderscrolls games were like that

3 dungeons too easy - and too small
they need some imagination when designing caves/dungeons cities and buildings

4 no way you should be leveling by exploring - walk around do nothing but find locales and you go up

no way you should be able to finish a game in a week and then be bored by it
this tells me world was too small and leveling too easy

like can you travel by foot across north america let alone planet earth in 1 week(not including exploring every inch of it)
so why can it be done here?

if world was smaller... then gravity be like the moon

had they kept the original skill system from Morrowind and leveling that way
and had inventory and personal carrying weight system from morrowind
based on weight - bank can be weight as well)

we could carry based on our stamina or our ability to get armor with alteration(levitation/reduced carry weight) or throw alteration spells to helps us carry more

stamina earned by jumping.leaping running swimming climbing

they went backward with a lot of things - trying to fit this into a console game for kids rather than grown ups who want real meat to a game

where are the skooma dens and moonsugar, blackmarket sellers/fencers and red light districts

theives guilds, assassin guilds, nightmother, the tongs, etc
no ARENA's - what that been around since the beginning
    no gambling dens?

I miss using 4 ingredients for potions
I miss using the different tools (combination of alchemy tools - 4 of them) to create stuff too
it was a kind of guessing game what tools or combination of tools to use with what ingredients to make something
    (that's the challenge)

repairing armor - was useful for fixing your own stuff and for leveling up armor skills

no climbing mountains? what - I miss going everywhere
stupid making areas you can't reach
    no swimming?
    no pearl and clam hunting

and not be able to swim to islands or mainland that you see
(it should be all on one map and then we can get rid of the slaughterfish walls)

and for god sakes add more skills like gem cutting, jewelry making/appraising
    speech skills - barter skills

    no hand to hand combat?
    no unarmored?

where are conjuration and alteration spells

like I said the developers went backwards

to the OP.. .take a break. I do frequently. When you treat a game like an entertainment outlet and not a job it can keep it fresh and fun.

Im not being rude, what i am talking about is the focus alot of us do (me included) where the game becomes driven by goals.. like.. I HAVE to log on to finish my crafting tier, feed my horse, check research, finish this exploration quest, and various other 'to do' lists that the game becomes more like work then a fun way to spend two hours.

when was the last time you just mounted up with empty bags and explored, role played with people hanging round in cities, chatted with guildies while your character stood idle or maybe followed and helped one of them on their to do list. it can be fun to get off the grindstone and just hang and be lazy and not acoomplish ONE thing in game.

    heh
