What are some of the rarer ingredients... I open a lot of containers but am not sure what to save for the provisoners in my guild. Saving salt, pepper and potatos so far.

Vuron✭✭✭✭✭Garlic, Pepper, Barley, Potato, Hops, Saaz Hops, Juniper Berry, Canis Root, White Grapes, and the rare Jazbay Grapes.
Tomatoes and Oats have been reported to only come from provisioner hirelings.
Items such as red wheat and Honeycomb aren't rare, but they are in high demand because of the recipes that use them. You can never have enough.
