Broken "Streak" Mechanics

- The damage caused from streak isn't reduced by blocking
- The stun caused by streak doesn't trigger cc immunity
Is this working as intended? I would love to hear some developer feedback on this skill, as most sorcerers are abusing this ability to the highest extent.

✭✭✭The stun on Streak is a disorient. Not a stun. These are different status effects. Ball of Lightning and Bolt Escape both have the full stun though. Something to keep in mind for your testing. It would be good to know if disorients overall are not granting CC immunity and under what conditions this is occurring.
I recommend testing out all the conditions that a disorient is removed with Streak and with some other skill that causes disorient status.
