This company has failed to provide adequate costumer service, timely exploit/bug fixes, and/or a cohesive and complete game experience. These are the services I purchased in good faith based on the advertised word of a brand that I have come to respect and enjoy thoroughly over the years.
And this is the lie I am being forced to choke on while Zennimax eats my box sales and subscription money, and *** out this deplorable, progression blocked, riddled with game experience destroying exploits, lump of *** entertainment.
So, since I was not provided with the service I purchased, I want a refund for the entire purchase amount including my subscription, THAT I WAS FORCED SIGN UP FOR TO GET MY FREE GAME TIME. You company disgusts me, and your company has just taken a massive steaming pile on one of the most popular IPs in gaming history. For what? A cash-grab?
I just cannot believe how disgusted I am that your company has even a single dollar of my money for this colossal disgrace of an MMO. Especially when there are several MAJOR free-to-play competitors that offer a more complete, exploit/bug controlled, and thoroughly rich costumer service experience, FOR NOTHING.
