Guild store fixes? When?

When are we going to get a better interface for guild stores? I don't feel like I should need addons to do something as simple as search... Likewise, the fact that I can't even pull up "materials" alone by clicking on "materials" is freaking aggravating.

Just felt like bitching, I guess.
As I was going out one day,
My head fell off and rolled away.
And when I saw that it was gone,
I picked it up and put it on.

My old addon app seems to have stopped working, I'll check that one out. Thanks.

Anyone noticed that 'Materials' is the same as 'all items'?
Hows those 2 searches you can do for food? both identical?
Looking for motifs or recipes? just search all and scroll till you find one...

Need a specific ore/material for a specific craft?.. no specific search just muddle through till you hit something... if it's there...

But don't search too fast, because the game will have an gasum and reset your search...

And if you don;t go back to page 1 before doing another search, you may end up with an empty page...

Wanna swap between a bank, guild bank or store?.. lets here what the bank NPC has to say for the billionth *** time...

How did this make it through beta... or... OMG we're still in beta...

Yeah, exactly my point. How does something so incredibly basic to MMOs get overlooked not only in development but in beta and through release? Seems insane to me... I dunno.

It was a bad decision not to give this issue a higher priority. So I agree with you. Should have never made it out of beta in its current state.

A better UI for the guild store would be really nice. I hope they aren't saying "We'll do something with the guild store after we fix all the quest bugs and our nerf bat is broken."

    +1

This transcends pretty much every other issue--not everyone is at VR levels, not everyone engages in PVP, not everyone is a NB, or a nerfed DK.

But pretty much everybody has occasion to use guild stores, regardless of level, class or play preference. To come up with a departure from the MMO standard of an AH is fine, but to then cripple the whole mechanism with this amateur implementation is my single biggest daily frustration in the game.

The guild store implementation is atrocious. Definitely needs to be fixed.

Yeah I agree, while I can use addons, this should be implemented by ZOS, the guild stores are a great idea, the implementation sucks

My guess is they had something way better implemented until they decided to make a console release also and figured it wouldn't be usable with a console controller and started from scratch.

The reason that it is so bad is because this is the default store-front provided by the Hero Engine (at the time that Z/B purchased it). Don't believe the lies they spout that ESO is 'Not built on the Hero Engine'. So much of ESO is *exactly* Hero Engine that it really gives the lie to Z/B claims.

And the reason why it is '...to hard...' to change the Store? It is because THEY DID NOT WRITE THE CODE for it!

Whatever the reason, guild store implementation feels like an alpha. I don't buy arguments that they can't fix it.

    Yes agreed.

Guild store is awful UI. Also over half my guild is set to have permission to use the guild store but we can not.

This is wrecking all real MMO's. Instead of building them to run on PC's which can run games FAR better than consoles, they design them to be ran on bare bones machines that must function with only a controller.
